Assignment 1 – Lighting & Acoustics performance evaluation and design

The aim of project was to expose and introduce us the characteristics and functional requirement of day-light and lighting requirement, and indoor and outdoor acoustic requirements in a suggested space. to critically report and analyse the space by using proper research methodology and comparison with precedents. the aim of the assignment is on the site condition and analysis of various lighting performance and various building material in terms of acoustic performance.

Learning Outcomes of this Project

1.working in team and participate in the design process
2. develop design to a level for regulatory application for building plan submission that complies to the requirements of local authorities
Assignment 2 – Design studio 5 integration design analysis
​​
The aim of project was to integrate lighting requirement in the final design of the studio final project, and to understan more about the lighting and planing with the conditions of the site to reach the thermal comfort for the users.

Learning Outcomes of this Project
​
1.improving the design process and making it better and suitable
2. develop design to a level for regulatory application for building plan submission that complies to the requirements of local authorities
3.taking advantages of the condition of location of site for better planing
